The property is closely located to the Sukhothai Historical Park albeit in a quiet road with a number of other little resorts/B&Bs. The rooms are immaculately clean and the attention to detail in the room (beautifully decorated) shows that that the owner(s) are very involved and keen to offer an exceptional stay to guests. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful. The service was exceptional from everyone we have met particularly from front house Bhak (not sure how to spell his name). He was very helpful in our multiple interactions with him offering sound advice and going out of his way to respond to our requests - always with a smile. The breakfast is very complete, with good variety, very fresh and tasty food. It definitely does not feel like a breakfast of a 3 star hotel! Access to the pool is also very welcome after a hot day sightseeing in Sukhothai. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby, would recommend Phum Phor (500m away) as it is a beautiful space with great food. Overall this is a beautiful property with lovely people and providing excellent value for money, beyond our expectations and will definitely return here if back in Sukhothai one day.

Out of 15 hotels over two months in SE Asia, this was one of my best two! I absolutely LOVED staying here thanks to the very comfortable bed (mattress topper for a softer touch!), excellent shower with immediate hot water, great air conditioning, and quiet grounds! But the real treasure here is the welcoming staff, who will bend over backwards to help you with anything. A special thank you to both Yim and Bank, who graciously and warmly took such good care of me, and to the wonderful breakfast staff - who refilled things quickly and cooked my omelet perfectly every day! (The breakfast offers a lot of choice: fruit, eggs cooked to order, toast, salad, cereal, and many Asian style foods as well.) I was exhausted when I arrived thanks to a less welcoming and very loud hotel in Chiang Mai, I so appreciated being able to rest well here. They offer a shared taxi to the airport, the bus stop from Chiang Mai is very close, I was able to walk to many of the historic areas, although you can rent bikes too, and there’s an excellent nearby restaurant that provides free tuk-tuk pickup and return. You will definitely enjoy your stay here, I highly recommend!

We loved the bungalow and room upstairs. In the room you could open the window at night as it had a screen. It's a quiet nature oasis with bird and cricket sounds at night in a side street. I wish we would have stayed for a week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Good english. Great working bikes for rent. The historic park is a dream of giant Buddhas and ancient trees. There was a beautiful new outdoor restaurant with lights close called chorphaka. Very convenient. Try the delicious curry in the morning. Sukhothai was our favorite.

The welcome by the staff was wonderful- so polite and so welcoming. Location is very convenient to the Historical Park and many restaurant options. The Cottages are comfortable with a lovely little verandah to sit on and enjoy evening sundowners. The pool is a good size and a great option after a few hours in the Historical Park. While we didn’t use the bicycles, they were there for use by the Resort Patrons. The breakfast options are good; Thai, European and continental. We were last here in 2018 and will stay here again :)

The room had a great space, bed and pillows were comfortable, great breakfast the coconut soup was even better than some restaurants, a really comfy space were the pool is located. You can ask for a massage it was really good and they go to your room so it’s relaxing and private, also you can rent a bicycle there and move around, just be careful at night in the Main Street are a lot of dogs and apparently they bit to some tourist. Also the restaurant near the hotel do not taste good only has a good appearance.
